One person per line, name and email in any order, separated by a comma or a tab — so a paste straight out of the spreadsheet works. People already on the list are left alone.
Until login codes can be emailed, give people a code directly. It keeps working until you take it away, so it is weaker than an emailed one — clear them once email is running.
Anyone on this list can request a code and post updates.
Shown at the top of every board within ten seconds, until you take it down. Keep it short: nobody reads a paragraph mid-sale.
For final prep. Nobody but an admin can post while it is locked; adding helpers and saying which group is yours still work. It unlocks itself two minutes before this sale's queue opens.
Thursday is the coach package — only syndicates with somebody registered for a coach, each going for its coach places. Sunday is general admission — everyone, going for whoever still needs a ticket. Switching clears the board and keeps the log.
From these times, every syndicate nobody has posted about reads as two green bars with no name against it — which is where everyone is the second the queue opens, and nobody is going to stop and type it. Nothing is written down: change a time and the board changes with it, clear one and it stops. These are your clock, not UTC.
How many green bars the queue page shows at full. Nobody knows until the sale starts — set it then and everyone's board follows.
Once the queue is open, anybody who has not said where they are for this many minutes gets a line on their card asking. Spread a couple of minutes either way per person, so not everybody is asked at once. Empty is off.
Clears every update ever posted and puts every syndicate back to waiting. People, ticket targets and the settings stay as they are. For wiping a practice run before the real sale.
A code, how many people, and how many of those registered for a coach. A group with nobody registered for a coach is on the Sunday board only. It is on everyone's board at the next poll.
The code everybody says out loud, how many people are in it, and how many of them registered for a coach. Thursday counts down from the coach number, Sunday from the rest. Change a code and the whole history follows it — the log is keyed to the group, not to its name.
